Our companys sodium alginate is extracted from brown seaweed featured with fine particle size and good viscosity.it mainly used as ingredient stabilizer for ice cream ,quality improver for cake/bread /cookies , also the thickener for milk food , clarifying agent for beer ,suspending agent for some solid drinks . 

Function : 

1/sodium alginate in ice cream can control the formation of the ice crystals and shrinkage ; improve the taste of ice cream .contributes to even and slow meltdown. In cheese , to use the stabilization of sodium alginate ,can prevent the adhesion between foods and packing materials.in the syrups and toppings ,can make it stable and prevent icing sugar pastry cracking.

2/for the dessert , cakes , bread, cookies ,and bakery ,sodium alginate can improve the ferment , and make the food not easy to break .

3/for the milk food , sodium alginate can improve the taste ,and if there have coco powder or coffee powder in the milk drinks , it can prevent subside.

4/for beer , sodium alginate can make the beer buble with small uniform, hang the cup for longer time .

5/as cover of dry mixes frozen desserts icings , sodium alginate as a layer to prevent food from air , and thus extend the storage time ,it can be as self-solidification forming agent such as sugarcoating of bread ,stuffed filling ,cover layer of dessert ,canned food ,etc. in high temperature ,freezing and acidic media can still maintain the original shape .it can also be made into flexible ,non-stick tooth, and transparent crystal candy in stead of agar-agar.
